Our natural stone pet memorials come straight from the earth with no composite materials and are a beautiful way to pay tribute to your special companion.

About Our Memorial Urns

Our Natural Stone Urns are drilled in the bottom to hold cremation ashes. Ashes are kept in a plastic bag and placed inside the urn which is then sealed with a PVC cap. Urns are drilled anywhere from 4 to 6 inches deep, approximately 50 cubic inches and will hold ashes for pets weighing up to an average of 50 lbs. Some pets may actually weigh more but have less ashes-it all depends on the health of the pet when they pass, bone density, and the cremation process. Any remaining ashes can be put in keepsake urns for inside the house or spread in a special area. Each stone urn includes a 3.5" x 5" customized plaque which is set into the stone. Most of our urns are made from granite fieldstone boulders and priced starting at $250. Depending on availability, we may also have some specialty rocks that may be at a higher price point.

The bottoms of the memorial urns are natural and not necessarily flat. The way they sit in the garden can be adjusted using mulch, dirt, or other material in your garden. The urn is a core-drilled area on the bottom of the stone lined with a PVC fitting.

About Our Memorial Markers

Our Natural Stone Markers are designed to be placed in a special place to remember your loving pet. The markers are not drilled in the bottom so there is no place to hold ashes. The bottoms of the memorial markers are natural and not necessarily flat. The way they sit in the garden can be adjusted using mulch, dirt or other material in your garden. Each stone marker includes a 3.5" x 5" customized plaque which is set into the stone. Most of our markers are made from granite fieldstone boulders and price starting at $150. Depending on availability, we may also have some specialty rocks that may be at a higher price point.

About Stone Color, Size and Weight

Most of our stones have a few different colors in them such as brown, gray, pink, or red. They may be speckled or striped with other colors or have different markings in them such as copper spots or lichen. Under the photo of each stone is a brief description noting the overall color. Each memorial stone will be unique in color and form and may have chips, character markings and other imperfections....after all, they are natural and have been around for a long time! Each of the stones will range in width, height, and depth. The weight will also vary from 25 lbs and up. Even smaller stones can be quite heavy depending on the type of stone. When visiting our online inventory, the stones shown are unique and you will the stone shown that you choose. The measurements noted are the longest point at width, height and depth.

Plaque Colors and Fonts

Each memorial urn and marker comes with a high quality, outdoor resistant plastic plaque engraved with your personalized message. When you order your memorial urn or marker you will choose from three metallic colors with black text: gold, copper, and nickel. You also have a choice between five different fonts.
